All customers have the right to request a return or exchange for products purchased from our store.
All products sold on TwendeMall are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be in its original condition
Be unused
Be returned in its original packaging
⏳ Return & Exchange Timeframes
Returns: within 3 days from the date of delivery
Exchanges: within 7 days from the date of delivery
Requests made outside these periods may not be accepted.

❌ Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was shown on our website, we will:
Replace the product or
Issue a full refund, depending on the case
✅ In these cases, the customer receives a 100% refund.
⚠️ Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
If the customer decides they no longer want the product, and:
The product has no defect
The product matches the description on our website
Then:
A 30% handling fee will be deducted
or
A minimum deduction of 100000 TSH , whichever is higher

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
